Lug Nut Lori
Long Island, NY
From Huntington, Lug Nut Lori keeps the wheels on and spinning! As the owner of a mobile pet grooming business for the last 14 years, she loves her job, hotrods, friends and family and especially hanging out with her husband of 22 years. An avid cowboy boot collector (but don’t ask how many pairs she has- her husband might read this) and a country music lover who finds it puts her in her happy place. She prides herself in her fundraising efforts. She makes and sells bracelets at events, and dresses up her doggie clients for holiday photoshoots in exchange for a small donation. All proceeds go to organizations that support veterans and local pet rescues. She also has a soft spot for English bulldogs and has been rescuing them for years. Lug Nut Lori has a passion for trucks, but especially loves her very own 1931 model A hotrod, which is her pride and joy! As she always says, an amazing man bought it in 1983 and another amazing man rebuilt it in 2018! (Referring to her late father and her husband.) Growing up in a house of all brothers prepared her for the car community scene with her husband, but what she never expected was to fall in love with the world of pinup and the amazing women who are a part of it.
